we are unique, and everyone's suffering is also unique, even doe, it comes under the same label each case is different.

the greatests statement a doctor ever said to me when i was at my lowest feeling imaginable was ''don't give up on hope''. i will never forget that statement.
see there is very mild , to mild..to serious ,to very serious,, all diffrent dergrees of suffering, when it last longer than 3 weeks of low mood then its serious, most people have bad days but not tipping into depression

ive been drinking it the last 5 year and it seems ok to me so i will keep enjoying regardless of my brothers view on it, i googled it there and it has postives and negatives
