thank you. ah im only going for a wander around the mountains. do no rock climbing these days but i really must start doing that again. enjoy your weekend
my uncle, a staunch republican, is truly disgusted with what has been going on in the country last few years. he believes if those that were involved in the uprising only knew what was going on now, there would be another uprising. suspect hes right. he said he will not be partaking in any 1916 celebrations. his 91 year old father has thrown in the towel. said they have beaten us. truly disgusting and disturbing behaviour. its destroying our country. oh i like your analysis of our tds
fair play to both of you but my thoughts move faster than i can spell so i tend to avoid text based stuff like reading and writing. its actually very frustrating and the working memory issues are also very annoying. unfortunately i just cant spell and things like grammar etc are just beyond me.
very well said and thank you for the video. i ll have a proper look when im not tired. the volcano stuff in that video was shot by a guy called geoff mackley. id be a bit of a fan as it was from him i discovered vanuatu and the volcano of mt yasur on the island of tanna. naturally i had to go and see it. amazing experience. highly recommend it.
ah i rested today, err emm while mountain biking. driving those kinna distances sucks. i really wouldnt do a driving job. unfortunately i didnt really get a chance to look around as i was trying to concentrate on my driving while trying to survive on a couple of hours of really bad sleep. thankfully, no lives were lost.
ah traveling millage is fun. ive no real wishes or wants to return to australia even though ive only seen a wee bit of it. you must have covered a lot of ground with that kind of mileage?
please come folks. im obviously gonna have very biased opinions but i think we have some stunning scenery and we re generally very nice people. oh and bring a rain jacket!
id have a similar approach to life. ive put myself in dangerous enough situations before and lived to tell the tale. life is more exciting by doing so. ive been thinking of storm chasing in the states for a long time. i really must do it soon but its not cheap. paris dakar would be interesting. dangerous enough though
you could argue that. some of our current female political leaders have created some dreadful policies. i think it could just be personal traits more than them trying to play it with the boys but there has been some truly dreadful male leaders
michael hudson believes our current economic and financial systems are right winged as it is. highly recommend his work. apologies, busy right now. will continue this later
inequality is an incredibly complex problem which i think stems from an even more complex financial/economic system. this system has no interest in trying to reduce inequality, in fact one can say its designed to increase it as theres a lot of money to be made from poverty. we have to try reform this whole sector or make alternative systems to try reduce inequality and its effects. many dont need $450 which includes myself. it is believed that if you give some such a payment, they would use it to pay off some of their debts. why do debts exist in the first place?
i will agree that money corrupts but a lot of those lads are like any other lads, they have responsibilities like kids and mortgages etc. they need money, plain and simple. they give amazing commitment and make major sacrifices, they entertain us, inspire us and most importantly, they create hope in society. they help us to remove us from our humdrum lives, they just should be paid. i believe a handful of people in the gaa are creaming it on the backs of these lads. its shameful behavior. i do see your point though towards the english premiership. i believe the problem there is due to basically the privatisation of the league and the fact that major corporations like sky etc became the main financial backers. it set up a recipe for disaster really as it becomes like any major private corporation, i.e. maximisation of profits at all costs. most hurlers have incredible passion for their sport. its inspiring. i come from a family of hurling nuts. no real interest myself but i can see its importance in society.
this problem has been greatly concerning me for a long time. we need to get a move on to prepare people for these future crashes. theres alternative economic systems out there that will help societies such as public banking etc. sadly, very few are aware of them but they do exist.
