and id love some lessons!!! any1 got any nice pre oiled breast so that i can get a feel for what i should be aiming for??? or i can help with the oiling if needs be!!!

lol oh well dont mean to show off but have to admit i have choked my turkey on more than 1 occasion!!!

though im am by no means an expert!!! to be honest i now prefer some1 else to choke it for me!!

once uve done it a few times the novelty wears off!!

well its definitely not parsley id be putting in the "neck cavity"!! lol i like a lovely juicy breast so i would be getting as much butter & oil on there as possible!!

lol moist turkey!!!!!!! lol personally i wouldnt remove the neck & giblets when moistening a turkey!!! but i find rubbing in butter & oil always works a treat!!
