we all have "disabilities" some are more obvious than others ... it would depend on the person and how they cope with theirs ..... lots of gray areas here ...... I work in health care and some of the strongest and most caring have huge disabilities, I would hate to think that they dont deserve the same love in their lives as us "normal" folk

personally, I think most people consider themselves not to me "players" and until you are in a situation it is hard to say how one may react .... I try to be as honest as I can, but it is hard to hurt someones feelings ... and I think some people may think that avoiding confrontation is the best way .. its not

I had a fellow I had met and we had a few dates .. phone calls etc and I liked him alot ... then he just stopped calling, no word, nothing ... so I have to ASSUME that he changed his mind ( i am not a stalker so I did not pursue him) I would have rather him tell me face to face ... it hurt for a short time, but was a learning experience none the less ... I am 48 and he was older than me .. so not sure that age has much to do with it ....

I joined a while ago .... but wasnt too involved (I had not posted a pick) Just recently posted it, I have had no real response so far, I like the forums, so you can get to know everyone (not in a romantic way) it is nice to correspond with other women (such as yourself) and it not be all about a meat market as that is not what I want at all. I have male friends and dates that I see regular in my life, but this is cool too, I am really just looking to "connect" with new people .....
