I am not the kind of girl that likes being showered with gifts, I am not much into flowers or things like that, but Valentine's Day (being all about love) it is hard not to WANT some sort of emotion from someone. I mean this is the one, and only, holiday that it's heartbreaking to be alone. I am gonna try to make the most of it this weekend.
Thanks so much for your sweet words. Sometimes it is nice to hear that you are not crazy in wanting grown-up time. I feel like I just don't have anyone special to share any time with besides my boys. Nice talking to you.
I feel like my whole world is wrapped up into my kids sometimes. I feel like I just need a me day, but then my mind wanders back to my kids. We really lose ourselves when we have children. My oldest son's father is around and does for him, my youngest...not at all. I just don't understand how some parents get the nurturing gene and some barely no how to spell responsibility.
I would like to just throw this out there...Who wants someone who just loves them the same way that they love someone. Really is that too much to ask? Are there any good guys still out there? I mean I know that it is easy to get caught up in our everday lives and cities, but really, when you don't have much time to look, it seems like slim pickings. That is why I am here!
