i can put my ankels behind my head, reach my nose with my tongue,lick my elbow,can do the back bridge,can lift 250 lbs with my leg's and 150 lbs with my arm's, i am double jointed on toes and finger's,can do head stand it help when you had been a gymnastic.....lol

fear............lol i take fear for fear i was so scared of everything i changed my thinkin mind over the years i'm not afraid of lots of thing's that i was fearing way back then and i came to realized fear's are only in people mind. i was afraid of bee big time now i could stand there without running everywhere. i just though they bee's are also important to them being there as much as i am here so i stand on my 2 feet and let them came close to me.i was afraid of blood what the heck it's just ketchup now.i was afraid of needles yeah a bite sometimes hurt but i won't remember the day i'll get wed.always try to find the possitive after the fear.
