it is defo nerve wracking the first time ya go , but the minute you see a face that you recognise (male or female) its easy street after that , trust me on this one
nice one bubbles, at meets we all see how people are , I've never met someone at a meet that wasnt sound which makes me wonder about those that dont go, shy people I understand but those who sign up and post for weeks about a meet and then ,all of a sudden cant go
just cant get my head around the amount of people who were local.. ish to where the meet was yet still put their names to it and in the end didnt go , 73 names , and so many cry offs quite a few travelled down for this meet from all over , note to all the Cork locals that didnt go in the end , make an effort in future would ya's !!
give it a chance Milan, it does take some time i only open my gob the odd time , 9 months on here and everyone has always been welcoming friendly towards me
its the only thing I know that turns your stomach when your sober & is tasty ,edible ,satisfying, life saving & nourishing(highly debatable) when your in a bundle
it was actually, read back to my first post , anyway, solphadene is out of the question , did ya ever try a pot noodle (any flavour) as a last resort !!
yep , i feel the same , never tried it but purely for the fact that I've heard it so many times , me personally from experience that the best hangover food is solphadene
Annie , obviously not now but next time you know you'll be in this situation , have a go a drinking a mug of the water that cabbage was boiled in , a lot of people swear by it !
