Well, I don't have children (grown or otherwise) to think of but I certainly wouldn't expect a "new-ish" partner to side-line his offspring in favour of me, of course not!! They are his flesh and blood, for goodness sake!! But then, I wouldn't expect him to put me second........ and that's not 'cos I am selfish. If he couldn't hold me in high regard (including the pecking order), I wouldn't want to be with him.........

I don't see it as a competition, surely we are all equal, maybe not in all but, in many respects??

Ohh....... and BTW, I'm still not really speaking to you!! Just wanted to add my ten penneth!!

Yes, of course!! You're learning........... I have mails and flowers that are clearly thought about and they are delightful!! It does make all the difference but remember........ it does show!! Really... it does!
