I'm Canadian. All our healthcare is free. (there are a few minor exceptions) Drugs (pharmaceuticals) are not free though unless you have a plan to pay for them or you're on disability or welfare or other gov assistance, then the government pays for them.

I'm Canadian and our health care system is great really. Just about everything is covered. We are very blessed to have this system. There is a shortage of doctors and waits can sometimes be long but all treatments are free.
