Age is but a number,the attitude of mind and positive thoughts will outshine any ageing creams.In 2 months I will reach my 70th birthday,this year I started to play squash again.I now teach squash to 7 different people,which means besides 5 hours a week gym work, I spend 12 hours a week on the squash court.I do not need to take any kind of medication.The only thing I put on my face is a smile,I like being the person I am.My positive attitude draws people to me with the same outlook on life and we feed off each others positive energy.I thank my God not for my looks but my health and attitude to life.
I agree it has one of the best hospitals and equipment,however they are only as good as the people who operate them.The horror stories I have heard of late do not suggest it is the best system.It is no good being free if you end up with more injuries while in hospital than when you went in with.Ask the guy who has been waiting 2 years for a knee replacement if he thinks it is the best.
