thats why the book is different he tells you not to avoid smoking situations which i havnt he says it makes u think u r missing out on something so i dont avoid smokers and have no cravings apart from the few drinks i had but got over that easy enough.
well done to you aswell just couldnt believe how easy it was tried all other methods but failed so if anyone is thinking of giving them up allen carrs your man.
