engineering consultant for the highways agency...sorry folks iam the guy who closes the motorways n shuts 3 miles of road for no apparent reason lol

well iam an F).........
I dive the wrong way up the motorway /freeway.
do uturns on the slip/exit ramps ,remove road closures in order to comtinue along closed roads,drive across 2 lanes at the same time and slow down bringing both l;anes to a rolling standstill.
I even stop for no apparent reason and make all the cars leave the road by the next exit, i run across four lanes of moving traffic regularly n even tell the cops to move over n slow down .

oh and for this i get get paid as well.
