i think its just because they look so manly on horses getting pumped around

they did the job as quick as they ride the horses

i have worked in aged care a few years back and its hard work but like you say, its rewarding and can bring smiles to everyone
i worked with all types of age care, dementia was the hardest but was funny too, its not well paid though and i think they should get better paid for what they do. now its all multi jobs, cleaning, cooking, etc, i wish you all the best and you will make a brilliant carer
just hope you dont get too many oldies that are like me i feel sorry for the carers that may have to look after me when im old
