the nicotine addiction in cigarrets is not the probleb to quit the problem is that sigarrets containing chemicals wich are strong enough to restrain your willing power, indirectly how this works look you say for instance david or christina like me very mach but i must quit it other ways she will go. then christina's personality comes into your mind and you say o.k for you i will give up, this time you rely beleaved and throw away your siggs for the next 6--8 hours feeling huppy now you'll have christina and be a non smoker excelent. a litle after the ladys face change in your mind she looks ugly now and every time more ugly. no she have not change the chemicals in the tabaco make you thing that way the mixing of chemicals are more complicated than wiring a computer. if you hook it to your health still the same will happen it make you almost forget that you my have heart dessese and yet forgeting your medicine often So have to deal with chemicals and not with nicotine. SO NEXT TIME you try to give up and you be attacted by this munster say to your self nothing has change in real it is the drugs make me feel that way and soon they will desapear, i 'll win and have both love and luck wish you good luck friend
