To Stop smoking is very easy ... I did it already a hundred times

I am also a specialist in stopping - I even stopped for about 2 years, during and after pregnancy .. I felt just great, but then eventually one evening at a party I was 
headless and got hooked again 
I used to smoke atleast 3 packs a day, and never thought i could quit, but i assure u ,its all a mind game, today its almost 1 yr havent smoked, and i must tell u i socialise quite a bit,but as i said before its a mind game, u can do it if u want to, so try quitting and if u need help write to me,ill always be there for u or for anyone else who wants to quit smoking.

I am sorry to say this, my dear. If you want to stop smoking it is easy, if you don’t then it’s impossible.

When I go along a few days I become so nervouse about it
and I start eating stupid stuff as well ..
I go well all day perhaps and in the afternoon it gets me crazy
I will just try to compense with excersise ...

Sitting in a warm bath , submerging under water and holding your breath for 12 Min.s cures most ailments . So far there has not been a single complaint from all those whom have successfully endures the treatment .

missed you arround and your great wisdom Just remembered that I was smoking as I typed my reply. And smoking now too.
you realy should have not told me that 
did not smoke today - and I dont have any at home 
i used to smoke between 2/3 packs a day then went on to cigars 10 12 a day then one day my little girl if u love me stop smoking then i wil have my papa for a long time just looked at my daughter looked at the smokes no contest not touched one in over 5yrs bu it was hard but now it dont bother just say over and over i have no wish or desire to smoke
smoked heavily. but not had one for almost ten years. Patches worked for me, I know they dont for everyone, kept a patch on all night, and lived in a nicotine haze until lunch time, then found i could go the rest of the day without. Still sometimes could light up though.
its hard to stop but wanting to is half the battle the rest is sheer will power ihave no wish or desire to smoke is all u need when u decide to quit but my it is hard...
