I would have to agree with Curly! I have been to Quebec and Montreal and if i never go back there it will be to soon!!!! Even northern parts of Ontario such as Kapuskasing, Hearst, Longlac and Geraldton where there are many French people i find them very ignorant, rude, arrogant and they come across like they are superior to anyone else.
But Quebec and Montreal have to be the worst. I mean no offense to any members here in the forum. I mean generally. I have come across some very unpleasant people there. The arrogance was for me the worst.
have ever visited? I saw that in this forum you have discussed the nice places and promoted your province and stuff but nobody has yet talked about the worst traveling experience yet. Which place would you never go back to? And why? Was it because of the way you were treated there? Were the people rude? Was the hotel to expensive for what it offered? What? Hi Lulamags! Listen, sorry to say that there are some jerks out there. Maybe he is one of them and just doesn't care. Maybe he had his reasons. But either way he should have had enough guts to tell you that he is either not interested or explain for what other reason he has to leave the site.

Well clearly you have listened only to the stuff they teach in this country and not what is general knowledge. Maybe you should get the book written and based on "facts" called "Other Losses" written by an American Author. That is just the start. Get an education and don't believe everything they teach you here cause that is based on American history. I have been fortunate enough to study in Europe and i got to see and hear and read the other side of the story! There are always two sides to a story!!!

Who made them god? What gives them the right to invade other countries and tell them how to live? What to believe in? How to rule their country? Those people live like that for hundreds of years and suddenly it is not ok anymore just because the Americans say so? It is nothing but protecting Bush's oil shares and gain control over the oil market. Again what gives them the right to invade? Did anyone living there ask for help? Not that i know.
It would be like this. Your best friend having a fight with his wife and you tell him what to say how to act and what steps to take next. I am sure your buddy can handle his own problems and would not need your help. He might welcome your advice but if i was him i would not let you invade my life my privacy my way of living my believes and religion.

Nobody is perfect and if thats the way the terrorists and what ever else you want to call them want to die, that is their choice.

Someone mentioned Vietnam at one point in one thread, and yes i agree they should have learned their lesson back then. But they didn't and never will as long as tyrants like the current President run the country.
Good example is WW2 who started it? UK and US! Who build the gas chambers? GM! Who starved hundreds of thousands of military prisoners? Eisenhauer consequently US. The US is involved in so much stuff, to put it politely, that it dates way back in history. So now tell me who is the terrorist? Just because there are countries brave enough to fight back you condemn them for doing so? Maybe you should look at history and how it constantly repeats itself! Maybe you would not be so quick to judge.
I do agree with Rosie too. I don't really care if she said it intentionally or not, but the fact remains that the US is the greatest terrorist. They just found a way to legalize it and call it war.

From observing friends and family i know that many men, in this day and age, don't contribute much to the daily chores at home. Some think that their work is done at the moment they walk in the door. But yet the mother is on call 24/7. I have seen a report on tv that a mother should be paid $150 000 a year if a salary was to be paid. Yes it is great that times have changed and both are given the opportunity to chose what they want to do in their life but then on the other hand the partner should also be aware of his duties at home. Because as long as you do have children in my opinion both parents are on call 24/7 not just one of them. It took two to make the kids i think it takes two to raise them as well and provide for them.
