okay, I would say that it was a ceramic unicorn that looked like it had been painted by a three year old on a bad day. It was the ugliest thing I had ever seen!!!

~~~I use to rilly nice to them and I understood the way it worked (had a stint as a telemarketer, lasted one week) and I tried to keep from getting them into trouble....but the newer ones are sooooo aggressive.

So, this is my new technique. My name was changed years ago, but I still get calls using the original name, so I tell them that I got rid of her, and I start going off about it...they start stuttering and hang up, most never call back
