Now there's a useless fact. Score update if any?

RE: Gerry Conlon.

Thing is "British Justice" gave birth to Irish republicanism, or at the very least sustained it. Long before the Guildford Four.

RE: Children in Ireland

. The south east particular Wexford has the highest rate of suicide in Ireland,Waterford would be another, yes it's so sad that poor 15 year old boy,... My neice told me a girl in her school age 15 hung herself my neice ,said she was the life and soul of the party and showed no sighns of her being depressed, but they think this girl was a high achiever at subjects and she had always pushed herself to do well...there is a fine line between normality and insanity, because when a person is in that state mind they cannot be thinking logically.i do think it is time that young men and girls be encouraged to speak out, alot of it is conditioning whereby if a young male says he is down or depressed sometimes this is met worth ignorance of"oh man up sure your not living in dire straights with a family to keep bla bla bla, people's attitudes need to change,it's starts in the home, community, schools, workplace even, anti bullying procedures put in place in all work places and implemented, schools are finally taking note, there has to be that taboo of mental Heath attitudes changing, there is a place in my home town called its good to talk, anyone of us could find ourselves in a situation or our children, mental health is as vital to look after as well as a physical one,god people go to the doctors over a cold,

Procedures etc are all very fine but what about us as individuals. If we cannot show our own vulnerabilities how can we expect our kids (youths) to believe that we can understand theirs.

RE: Children in Ireland

Today's problems are certainly different than they were in the past. But they are just as bad. Children still die in care. They still don't receive the quality of care they need. The threat of homelessness is greater in Irish society now than at any time in the recent past. Huge numbers live below the poverty line. Successive budgets have led to greater inequality in our society....It's a different country alright but the objectives don't seem to have changed.

Not just in state care. Last weekend a young lad of 15 killed himself here. Sad to think he didn't believe there was one person he could confide in. Shame on us all.

RE: Write a famous person with the last letter of the one above
