Spurs need a decent striker. Liverpool did very well today and showed what a difference a game makes. Man City & Chelsea don't need anyone else. Man utd just keep playing crap lol Should be a interesting deadline day esp on sky sports
I think the Dubs will win tomorrow. The only worry is that they have not been seriously tested at all. As long as Donegal play hard decent football, it should be a good game. None of the nordie blanket defence stuff
I think Chelsea or Man City will win the league. Van Gall will have his work cut out for him. Liverpool will be interesting to see what they can do before the transfer window closes. My team Spurs we need a decent centre back a left back and a proven goal scorer. I think we will get 5th
For me I already had a underactive thyroid. So I didn't want to have diabetes as well. What I did was life style changes. Cut out as much sugary snacks and drinks out as possible. I now look at the sugar and fat contents in foods and try to make informed choices that way.
I also did walking as well and lost a lot of weight that way and ate sensibly. The real motivation was seeing my old clothes going out and being replaced by new ones that fit me a lot better as well. You just need to be extremely determined and committed. Swimming is great too.
That is excellent advice. I have a underactive thyroid too. I think it can be missed by doctors too. Well worth getting checked out to be on the safe side.
I was nearly 15 stone about 4 years ago. I am 5'7 tall. Was told if I didn't lose the flab type 2 diabetes was next. Took up walking and cut the crap out. I am now 12st 4lbs down to 34 in waist never felt fitter and healthier. I have managed to keep the weight off and I have rejoined the gym as well. Just have to be careful as my left knee is dodgy with wear and tear.
