I have clothes in my closet I needed to get back into AND I dont think I can do the type of regime I am doing now in 10years time. In other words...Im preparing for old age. My mother has diabetes type 2 and is very thin. Im at risk regardless of size.
Fat does not equal unhealthy! You're misconception is society based obviously!! I ran around football ovals as a bigger girl more than I could as a slimmer one. Now having lost 30kgs...Im no more healthier than I was before. The difference if you must know...is feeling lighter and wearing a,smaller size label!
Under your theory that fat = unhealthy, we would assume that there are no thin people in cemetaries who died young. Are you kidding me?
