On my way home from Spokane today I stopped at Zims Hot Springs near McCall and soaked for almost 2 hours. I had to force myself to get back in my truck and head on down the road. It brought back lots of memories I have of good times in the mountains sitting in hot water with good friends........ Anyone out there enjoy natures best (legal) cure for stress....hot water???
I was in one of those for 28 yrs and did n't know it. Been on my own for the last 9 months and am really starting fo find the old me. Oh yeah...just got the final divorce papers in the mail 10 days ago. WAHOOOOOOO
It's all coming back to me now. The pain I forgot about. The 1st one got was on my upper back between my shoulder blades...thought I was going to pass out. 2nd & 3rd on my arm actually carried on a conversation the whole while...thinking about #4 now.
So, wondering, what is it that makes us want to keep going back for 'just one more' . I'm kinda lucky my daughter is an apprentice at a local shop and I get a family discount. But everytime I've gone back it's like, damn this hurts.............
Ouch... rule #1 if you have someons names on your body plan on dating only somone with that name from now on, wheather it'a the same person or someone new
That's funny, there are those that think three tats is tooo much..I thought iwas only going to get one. I planning on a sleeve. Figure as long as a long sleeve shirt will cover it up as needed.
I got my first one 9 months ago. And was told welcome to your new addiction. It was painful enough that I said "I DON"T THINK SO" Well I have three now and am thinking about #4.
I'm findinding it very interesting the different attitudes people have about tattoos. Some profiles I have read state that one of their turns offs is tattoos. I have friends w/ tattoos that would give you the shirt off their back and I like to think of myself that way as well. I think anyone that pre- judge those of us w/ tats may be missing out on possibly great relationships. How about you..... do you have any or are you one that pre judges??????????
The first person Iloved was a girl named Diane, and you know I still feel the same way about her now as I did then. . She married young and had just been divorced for about a year when we started dating. I have never met anyone before or since that made me feel the same way. She was an incredible young woman.
I lived in the Los Padres Ntional Forest in a place called Matilija Canyon, 8 miles North of Ojai California for 15 yrs and it was heaven on earth. If i could move back to any one place that would be it. I now reside in Boise Idaho and will live in a condo in one of the high rises downtown in the not so distant future. And I can't hardly wait. No matter where you go you are there and if you are happy with who you are it does'nt matter where you're at........ya know?
I joined some time ago and have been logging on now & then to see what it's all about. I think what interest me most is that all of you are from all over the place. Meeting new people is what I'd like to do right now and this seems to be the right placce to do it. I'm also looking for that special someone. So anyway, I'm finally stepping out of the shadows into the light.
I was in 'Hot Water' today .... Hot Srpings that is.....
