i am sure like me every one atleast once encountered some one who are in atnique buisness they are either from USA or UK but they stucked in hotel in africa and they dont have the money and ask you to speak to the manager, when you look at thier IP address it showing them in some netcafe in africa, why people lie about thier origin or these jsut scammers ?
