Hello lindsy- I commented on your poetry recently it was good. As for your sentiments on the new President Elect and all the comments made,- was there ever a great country ? Was Great Britain ever Great- Was France ever great , or Germany, or Italy ? or Greece ? All these countries are now fighting to survive, And Mr Trump , or Ms Clinton had she been elected, will not make the slightest dent in these problems, just as all the politicians of other nations cannot make the slightest dent in their problems - no matter how popular or clever they may be. We are fighting our own profligacy and losing the battle-it is a many-headed monster which will devour us. From now on it is chaos all the way. The only hope is that a little of the natural world will survive the onslaught, but even this seems like a forlorn hope. ( pity we never listened to the native americans when they warned us of what was to happen )
