The sound seemed to manifest in pulses of varying lengths, seven seconds, 12 seconds, two seconds, with some sustained periods of several minutes or more. Then there would be silence for a second, or 13 seconds, or four seconds, before the sound abruptly started again. A closer examination of one recording reveals it’s not just a single sound. Roughly 20 or more different frequencies, or pitches, are embedded in it, the AP discovered using a spectrum analyzer, which measures a signal’s frequency and amplitude. To the ear, the multiple frequencies can sound a bit like dissonant keys on a piano being struck all at once. The pulses not only create an audible “scratch on the chalkboard” effect but it also can create a pulse that the body feels on an unconscious level. Small exposures to pulse may not affect people but a longer exposure could be debilitating and cause vertigo and nausea. It has been reported that many of the people that were exposed also contracted brain damage. The recordings have been played for workers at the U.S. Embassy to teach them what to listen for, said several individuals with knowledge of the situation in Havana. Some embassy employees have also been given recording devices to turn on if they hear the sounds. The individuals weren’t authorized to discuss the situation publicly and demanded anonymity. The State Department has said 22 Americans are “medically confirmed” to be affected and that the number could grow. The symptoms and circumstances reported have varied widely, making some hard to tie conclusively to the attacks. The recordings themselves are not believed to be dangerous to those who listen. Sound experts and physicians say they know of no sound that can cause physical damage when played for short durations at normal levels through standard equipment like a cell phone or computer. Cuba has denied involvement or knowledge of the attacks. The U.S. hasn’t blamed anyone and says it still doesn’t know what or who is responsible. Not all Americans injured in Cuba heard sounds. Of those who did, it’s not clear they heard precisely the same thing. Yet the AP has reviewed several recordings from Havana taken under different circumstances, and all have variations of the same high-pitched sound. Individuals who have heard the noise in Havana confirm the recordings are generally consistent with what they heard. The recording being released by the AP has been digitally enhanced to increase volume and reduce background noise, but has not been otherwise altered.
Its very difficult to control a people militarily because eventually the money runs out, and there is a chance the people will rise up against the military. About 4 hours ago, 4,210 people sent emails to friends claiming that they were members of Blackplanet.com, and that multiple blacks, Hindu computer specialists, freemasons, eastern stars, specific celebrities, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, Deep State, police officers everywhere, and the list goes on and on, were all involved with the destruction of an entire section of Blackplanet.com. Within the Forums section, there is current events. And within the Current Events Section is the General Section. There were hundreds of political threads posted by various members and each and everyone of the threads were mysteriously removed. The entire website has been hacked by all of those indicated above, and members private information has been compromised. 455 members of Blackplanet.com swear that things took a turn for the worse when some of the threads indicated that clones and alien-human hybrids were present on the website, in communities, and on jobs with ordinary humans. Several doctors and lawyers even went on to say that when the threads touched basis on blood types and how Institutions are trying to hide blood types of certain Americans, it brought up a red flag. Over 500 doctors who are secret members of Blackplanet.com, and are of various ethnicities, proclaimed that they have received some patients with alien blood. And when they had parties to investigate the matters, the Pentagon quickly got involved and lives were turned upside down. Parties from the Pentagon have been saying that they didn't want the blood types of everyone in America known to all other Americans because there is alien-human hybrids amongst Americans and must not be found out.
The alien-human hybrids jobs are to distract and deter Americans for what is to come next. Parties from within the Pentagon even revealed that there is a plot to assassinate President Donald Trump, and that a clone will be put within his place. They feel that Americans are so ignorant that they'll never know the difference. The Pentagon's secret whistle blower claims that they have been cloning Presidents for quite some time now. Many Presidents grow a conscious and have to be eliminated, which is why clones are made of them prior to their rein as President. The same Pentagon whistle blowers even stated that once they get rid of President Trump, President Obama, or some blackman, will become President again. But this time the New World Order will come into full effect, and Americans worse nightmares will come to pass. So many websites will soon start to erase threads, and members will fade away. The whistle blower from the Pentagon claims that Americans are being groomed to accept their fate. Their prayers are being blocked out by HAARP type frequencies which is why their God is answering their prayers. And when Americans, along with others across the globe die, there are devices used by the Secret International Militaries which is capturing their souls departing from their bodies. Markets ignore the latest eruptions from the Pentagon, The New Military Strategy against China and Russia. South Korean businesses embrace US markets while seeking to secure access to North Korea’s skilled labor force. Washington’s decisions to deny the reality that the future requires increasing productivity, via, a skilled, healthy and well-paid domestic labor force dooms the U.S. to a downward spiral of political marginality, military futility, and robust bombast. The media, the pundits and political elite, ignore the fragmentation of U.S. power, and the separation of military and market forces, each going its own way. Class inequalities and rising working class mortality rates may encourage immigration but it also undermines the foundation of American influence. A ruling class rules by linking a unified state to a dynamic market, producers to the consumers, importers to exporters and increasing wealth to rising wages. Trump and anti-Trump antics are irrelevant at best, and a destructive sideshow at worst. The foundations of the U.S. state and its markets are substantial but crumbling. What is important is not the status quo, but its direction and structures.

The decisive decisions of 2018 are those which are not made by Trump, but by his allies and adversaries at home and abroad. A close-up of the marginal decision-making, bypassing Washington would include: the North-South Korea conciliation; Russia-China agreement over US sanctions; Israel’s overt power grab against the Palestinians; Iran’s challenge to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and the Pakistan-Taliban covert alliance. Washington ’s marginalization is evident in the economic spheres. The US stock market booms but productivity declines; profits surge but worker life expectancy drops; immense concentration of wealth parallels a rise in maternal and infant mortality; American youth have the highest chance of dying before adulthood among all industrialized countries. Mortality has replaced mobility. Washington is the center of intense warfare over inconsequential issues. Beyond U.S. marginalization, new regional power centers have emerged and successfully annihilated or neutralized U.S. clients. Turkey is a striking example. Ankara has attacked and undermined the Pentagon’s plans for an armed Kurdish client force controlling Northern Syria. Iraq has over-run the US-Israeli backed Kurdish militias under the Barzani warlords in Kirkuk. The Taliban are moving from the Afghan countryside and mountains and staging almost daily uprisings in the urban centers and capital Kabul. The Venezuelan government has effectively defeated the US-backed uprisings in Caracas and other cities. The US puppet regime in Kiev has failed to conquer the ethnic Russian separatist enclaves in the Donbass region where a de facto government operates with Russian support.
I want to argue from a different perspective, focusing on the increasing subdivision of markets, the deepening autonomy of political action from economic development, the greater threat of military interventions and increasing political accommodation. I believe that we will experience a radical making and remaking of political and economic integration, East and West, within and without nations states. States Rights will re-emerge as an antidote to globalization. Big countries will compete in regional wars with limited commitments but with global goals. Catastrophic developments are unlikely but radical incremental changes will be frequent and have cumulative consequences. To understand these important trends, it is important to analyze and discuss the major national actors in this panorama, starting with the United States. The present and near future of the US is and is not about the Trump Presidency and its domestic opposition. The struggles between the Congress and the President have not produced major changes in the global position of the United States. The US continues to impose sanctions on Russia, Iran and Venezuela. Its trade with China grows. The military exercises and threats against North Korea raise the specter of nuclear war. In other words, incremental and inconsequential activity accompany the fiery rhetoric. Corporate economic policies benefit from the state’s largesse, but are divorced from everyday politics. What is most significant, markets have fragmented or disconnected: Stocks rise, but productivity stagnates. Corporate debt skyrockets, but high tech profits boom. Exports and imports move in opposite directions. Jobs increase and wages decrease. There are one, two, many markets, each operating on similar principles, all deepening the concentration of wealth and the interlock of corporate directorates.
Just as there are several markets, there are multiple centers of political leadership. Specifically, the U.S. is a multi-polar Presidency. For all the talk about Trump, policy and strategy are defined, promoted and opposed in many centers of decision making. In general terms, the intelligence, military, media, financial, legislative, trade and international policy elites are mired in rivalries as well as temporary alliances, making strange bed-fellows. Moreover, new international power configurations have entered and appropriated positions of power. Who rules America? This question should be rephrased to take into account the plurality of authoritarian self-serving elites totally divorced from the majority of the manipulated public. Nominal President Trump shifts foreign policy decisions according to the interests of multiple domestic and overseas power centers. Trump argues against and is opposed to multilateral trade agreements while favoring unilateral, US-centered pacts. Despite his rhetoric, nothing of the sort has emerged. Trade with Asia, Europe, and Latin America has increased. China, Japan, India, Germany, Korea, Canada, and Mexico, remain centers for U.S. exports and imports. Bankers, multinational corporations, Silicon Valley billionaires, continue to over-ride Trump’s stated agenda. Trump argued for reconciliation with Russia and was threatened with impeachment. The Congress, the intelligence agencies, the legislature and NATO contradict, reverse and redirect the US both toward and away from nuclear confrontations. Trump proposes to renegotiate trade with Asia, particularly with South Korea, Japan and China. Instead, the Pentagon, the media, the neo-cons and the Japanese militarist elite dictate nuclear confrontation with North Korea and threats against China.

Computers have given us games of uncanny realism – with autonomous characters responding to our choices – as well as virtual-reality simulators of tremendous persuasive power. It is enough to make you paranoid. Over all these dystopian visions, there loom two questions. How would we know? And would it matter anyway? The idea that we live in a simulation has some high-profile advocates. In June of 2016, technology entrepreneur Elon Musk asserted that the odds are a billion to one against us living in base reality. Similarly, Google's machine-intelligence guru Ray Kurzweil has suggested that maybe our whole universe is a science experiment of some junior high-school student in another universe. What's more, some physicists are willing to entertain the possibility. In April 2016, several of them debated the issue at the American Museum of Natural History in New York, U.S. There is nothing in principle that rules out the possibility of manufacturing a universe in an artificial Big Bang. None of these people are proposing that we are physical beings held in some gloopy vat and wired up to believe in the world around us. Instead, there are at least two other ways that the Universe around us might not be the real one. Our entire Universe might be real yet still a kind of lab experiment. The idea is that our Universe was created by some super-intelligence, much as biologists breed colonies of micro-organisms. There is nothing in principle that rules out the possibility of manufacturing a universe in an artificial Big Bang, filled with real matter and energy. Nor would it destroy the universe in which it was made. The new universe would create its own bubble of space-time, separate from that in which it was hatched. This bubble would quickly pinch off from the parent universe and lose contact with it.
This scenario does not then really change anything. Our Universe might have been born in some super-beings' equivalent of a test tube, but it is just as physically real as if it had been born naturally. However, there is a second scenario. It is this one that has garnered all the attention, because it seems to undermine our very concept of reality. We can simulate human societies using rather simple agents (Jade Helm Exercises) that make choices according to certain rules. Even human brains are simulated, and are responding to simulated sensory inputs. In this view, there is no Matrix to escape from. This is where humans live, and is their only chance of living at all. But why believe in such a baroque possibility? The argument is quite simple: we already make simulations, and with better technology it should be possible to create the ultimate one, with conscious agents that experience it as totally lifelike. We carry out computer simulations not just in games but in research. Scientists try to simulate aspects of the world at levels ranging from the subatomic to entire societies or galaxies, even whole universes. Who is to say that before long we will not be able to create computational agents, virtual beings, that show signs of consciousness? Computer simulations of animals may tell us how they develop complex behaviours like flocking and swarming. Other simulations help us understand how planets, stars and galaxies form. We can also simulate human societies using rather simple "agents" that make choices according to certain rules. These give us insights into how cooperation appears, how cities evolve, how road traffic and economies function, and much else.

Those involved will pose as innocent parties trying to capture images after a person dies. Not all people are involved with this sort of science though. Those that are involved camoflauges themselves within the so-called Ghost Hunter fields and literally entrap your spirits and souls in devices. The progress of video games is an example that humans are already capable of producing virtual realities. One Google expert claims that not too far in the future they will be downloading entire minds to computers. Militaries all around the globe have already done this using military personnel. Thanks to advances in MRI scans, they are now able to map the individual neurons in the brain, which will be used to put the mind into a computer. East Indians in India are being experimented on everyday by Government, and after practicing on them they now feel it can be done to the world of humans. They will first tell humans that they'll never have to die and that participating in such covert programs can be rewarding. But everyone won't be allowed to participate. In order for your spirits and souls to be possessed by the Nagas and others you must be willing to forfeit your wills to Lucifer completely.
That means there is no more time for your Ancient Ancestors or your gods. However, the mind will become bored if it is just sitting inside a computer which is why a virtual reality will be created. The global elites and DAARPA believe that If you just put it in the computer, it’s going to get bored, it wants entertainment, it wants social interactions. There will be thousands of people to interact with, and it will have to look real to keep the mind stimulated. This may have already been done along with the theory of a meta-universe, which is the hypothesis that there is a big universe, with lots of mini universes inside of this. One way to have that many real universes together is to make a lot of different simulations. Humans need to know that this is what your Bibles, Qurans, and Talmuds means when it say that you will belong to Satan, and he will own you for a time! If we’re simulated and our simulations are running simulations, then there are simulations all the way down. So even the people who are running our simulation don’t know if they’re a simulation or not. The only thing that we can be sure to exist is ourselves, and everything around us will be just for show. If you take a philosophical zombie and poke it with a sharp object, it doesn’t feel any pain, however it behaves exactly as if it does. What the zombie is there for is to support the idea the the world includes two kind of things; the concepts and the physical world around you. Several physicists, cosmologists and technologists are now happy to entertain the idea that we are all living inside a gigantic computer simulation, experiencing a Matrix-style virtual world that we mistakenly think is real. Our instincts rebel, of course. It all feels too real to be a simulation. The sound seemed to manifest in pulses of varying lengths, seven seconds, 12 seconds, two seconds, with some sustained periods of several minutes or more. Then there would be silence for a second, or 13 seconds, or four seconds, before the sound abruptly started again. A closer examination of one recording reveals it’s not just a single sound. Roughly 20 or more different frequencies, or pitches, are embedded in it, the AP discovered using a spectrum analyzer, which measures a signal’s frequency and amplitude. To the ear, the multiple frequencies can sound a bit like dissonant keys on a piano being struck all at once. The pulses not only create an audible “scratch on the chalkboard” effect but it also can create a pulse that the body feels on an unconscious level. Small exposures to pulse may not affect people but a longer exposure could be debilitating and cause vertigo and nausea. It has been reported that many of the people that were exposed also contracted brain damage. The recordings have been played for workers at the U.S. Embassy to teach them what to listen for, said several individuals with knowledge of the situation in Havana. Some embassy employees have also been given recording devices to turn on if they hear the sounds. The individuals weren’t authorized to discuss the situation publicly and demanded anonymity.
