You have to get a contract with a company for the country you want to go, with that contract you will have a visa to work in Europe and be able to apply for citizenship after 5 years of residing and working in the country if you have no problems with the law. Another way is to marry someone with citizenship of the country you intend to go to and then ask for citizenship of that country for marriage.
