Obesity has a severe issue that the peoples are facing today; myriad reasons are caused by increasing the numbers of overweight children. Because of that, they have to face a significant level of effects on their life. In this essay will discuss the causes and effects related to this issue.
Overweightness of children has been increased dramatically in society because of unhealthy foods. Most of the food categories in the market have miner amount of nutrition percentages. For example, the famous fast-food chain like MacDonald, KFC have a wide range of package foods along with grand offers. Those companies broadly focus on selling their products to children, and therefore, when they do TV commercials, children’s are the main character. That type of TV advertisement could encourage parents to buy unhealthy foods for their children’s. Moreover, some parents are used to preparing pre-packaged foods for their children’s because of the limited time they have.
If we look at the overall effect of obesity of the children, it will damage the health and brain of children. According to scientific studies, many young children’s have a physical imbalance, and they will quickly get caught to viral infections. Also, overweight children’s are lazy when doing outdoor activities, and another point is they often bullying at school. Further, nowadays, the majority of children open into cancers, and most of them were unable to survive even they take proper treatments.
To conclude, children’s getting overweight should be controlled by implementing relevant standards for street foods, and also government legal actions against unhealthy food producers should be tightened.
