I agree with my used to work in a federal prison friend here, that many in power and in churches, and governments even and any organization, corporate business networking groups also, push politics for profit and control and often where Jesus as a shield, doing things not very godly in the name of god, it happens a lot.
A women I know in here has been shocked at how many preachers and charismatic types that when you check them out, they aren’t so hot, then again, I seen others get spit on that were on point... so yeah, Roman Catholic Church history, is such, the Bible thumpers often refer to this government take over and molestation of what Christianity was into a pagan strewn power club of tyrants who burned people alive... for god? I don’t think so.
I’m still a god lover, but there is a reason I. Am a non demoninational Christian and why I hang out with and pray with the Sikh, or any sect, or whatever if it’s yahweh and yeshua, or at least, the creator and no idols of him... with exceptions perhaps, but point is, many doctrines and sects are embossing to a scholar type like me, I don’t eggs in one basket, one bible , nor do I think flat earthers are helping anyone...think flat or burn? Um... psycho god... lol
But I digress.
God is good, loving and merciful and wants us to play nice, real or imagined, striving to be a good person is like, the top command in most of these religions, without love you have nothing, from there, your results will vary, do your own research, and be respectful of folks... or scream at them, less noble, but be fair... lol... don’t make up false stuff... then you really suck.. lol.
Philosophy with god is do no harm, love all, try to forgive and be civil, stand with oppressed, protect the weak, and do good deeds once in awhile... just for the hell of it...
I had the funniest date arrangement today, first she says, how about coffee, then mc Donald’s we can get sundaes... ok.. the. She says, hey, you want t9 go to the beach instead? I was like...um.. sure... the. She was like you eat meat...? I’ll pack us lunch... so... looks like I’m having a picnic at the beach... she was so cute changing venues faster than I could say... sure.. sure... um..ok... sure... should be fun... I’ll keep ya posted. This girl is six three, I’m five eleven... that never happens.., lol
