When i try to send a mail it says 24 hour limit exceeded and i havent really sent that many messages at all how long does it take to go back to normal does anyone know?
i wouldn say to many just replying to any ones i get ya know and dont get loads of mails.. nothing i can do i guess but its just i wont know when i can send one again

why would i put up a pic here and then send a pic of diff person that would be just stupid.. i dont want a big argument i have changed maybe put on alight bit of weight but certainly not 16 stone about 13 at the most
