ok latest up date guys, have been on too cs to get them to alter the date thats like three times ive asked them ,anyway third time lucky? i was speaking to una,from alices today the hotel is empty so now would be a good time to book! its in hotel book for that weekend so just ring and book,no probs cs Achill so just quote that and my name steve,ill give you the number again guys, its 09845138.
hopefully the people at cs will change the dates this time round,thanks.

Hi guys sorry for delay in getting back to you,as it was my birthday and i was suffering,i belive though that little miss special told you the score,ive had too change it because Alices was double booked sorry guys not my thought honest, sometimes in hotel managment,the left arm doesnt know what the right arms doing so,after a debate with hotel staff, ive moved it forward to the 27th june sorry and all that guys ,but the wedding would have clashed, as it is the hotel is empty for that w/end so we have the place too our selfs for those who want to swing from the lights ,the number of the hotel is 09845138 thats Alices number and quote cs singles and my name as una thats the manageress as put the new date in the book,sorry again any probs email me,thanks.

Hi kelly theres a really cheap hostel just across the road from the venue,about 15 euros per night,any good to ya? or hotel 45 euros the choice is yours?

hi,trains from dublin to westport are quite frequent, three trains a day,but u guys might want to come downon the friday,might be easier.

fantisic guys great response,over whelmed great so juding by that there;s a lot of people intrested,fantisic that was what i wanted to judge to see if people was up for it, now thats sorted all we have to do is sort out a date,which suites everybody,ive got the 3rd week in june in mind but would be up for any other dates,from people theres a place called Alices which is where id like to hold venue its a hotel so no problem there i know owner so will get a good discount, on group booking also have other accomation,theres a hostel good enough, near by, put it this way there will be a bed for the night for everyone even if people have to share!ahahaah then for those who want to stick around on the sunday tour of the island,in jeep which is reasonable,ok guys thanks again and get back to me with those dates.

Due to a scheduling conflict at Alice's Bar, the date for this get-together has been changed to Saturday, 27th of June. Times and other plans will stay the same.

Let's meet and get acquainted... Achill Island, Sound Co, in Mayo

Saturday, 27th June (new date)
a barbecue at 4pm.. if weather permits
then Alice's Bar at 5:30pm
Alices Bar Achill Sound area Co Mayo,

Get here by Train:
There are trains from Dublin on a regular basis to westport, then 5.30pm bus to Achill.

If Driving:
Castlebar then the R311 to Newport and follow the road to Achill which again will be sign posted, Alices bar is on the left as you enter Achill Sound.

There will be flyers in the Bar to say where Mayo CSers are sitting.



ok guys its the big event! its happening on the 27th of June 2009 as stated if the weather is ok then outside bbcue, if not shelter in the bar, u of course need to sign up for this event, if u cant make it just unsign simple, but i hope as many of u guys can make it to Achill its a truly lovely spot , as stated we can sort out some where to stay if we do a group booking we will get a good deal from the hotel, but need to know now so i can sort out deal or theres a good hostel across the road which is a lot cheaper if any of u guys fancy camping thats no problem either, again need to know.
And if any of u guys want a tour on the sunday thats if your up for it after the saturday, hahaha of the island we can sort that out as well, again just need to know how many, any quetions feel free to ask, slan.

I was wondering if it would be a good idea, for all members of the mayo cs club to have a little get to together,have the perfect venue here on Achill plus can put people up no probs for the night,get back to me guys on this.
