Sooooo true! I'm believe in 50/50 most of the time.
Personally I believe if the guy isn't overly shy then he'll do the work and ask the girl out. However, this may not be the case if the guy is extremely shy, instead he might just show interest. This may of been the case with two of my past boyfriends who I ended up asking out. These days I don't bother though, as I'm a lot more stubborn! Plus I don't believe I'm that intimidating and definetly not a goddess! LOL
