I think that a man can be as much of a liar as a woman and I have proof of that, especially over the internet. It happens a lot and it even happened today and I am sure it will happen again. I am not sure I can trust a man online anymore. Have a great weekend.

Yes I guess so. I am sure some women are like this too. I just find it odd. Personally, if I contact a person it is because I am interested to build a friendship with them and do not end up ignoring them, I respect people too much to hurt them. Friendship between a man and a woman can be as good if not better than a relationship.
I have received emails a few times from men saying that they have read my profile, and it seems that we have a lot of things in common and they would be interested to chat with me at anytime to build a friendship. We exchange a few emails in CS and then I decide to send them instant messages. Most of the time, they ignore my instant messages which is kind of strange to me. Why do they send emails from the first place if they don't want to chat? Is there anything wrong with a woman contacting a man first?
I can answer that question myself and say no there is nothing wrong but then who knows what is going through the minds of those gentlemen.
