I agree with you and this does not happen in this country but also all over the world, i have had some scammers even from the USA and UK.
I have been to Bulgaria many times and i can say a lot of people are not like. Bulgarian people are proud people, helpful, honest and caring also. The ones i have met have been like this. It is a wonderful country and have wonderful people.

Some of the people who generalize others have not even been to Bulgaria and do not know what it is like and even do not know what Bulgarian people are like, not just in Bulgaria but anywhere Bulgarian people choose to live in the world.

generalizing people is not a nice thing to do.
