Nope marriage common-law same. I don't believe that western view's are anymore liberal than any other country's.But I do believe that marriage has lost it's meaning for those who have been married once before most choose not to do it again.
I would have to consider a history first maybe the reason's are not the total fault of her's but in this age of time what is the difference of someone who has never married but been in and out of relationships living commonlaw.
