id never tell a woman what or when she can wear it
i think youd be foolish to even try to be honest, it cant end with a happy ending! (not the dirty type)
obviously a woman in a nice outfit will catch your eye easier, but i find i like a girl whos comfortable in her relaxed clothes and then when she does get herself dolled up and into her best outfits it makes it all more worthwhile
