Ok here one for you my son had autism and when he was very little he couldn't talk, so there was no understanding between us, but he new what he wonted ,I could see that he was thinking but didn't know what he wonted , after a lot of speech therapy, he is doing great now but he still will do the same you can she he is thinking something but now knows how to express it
