There s a lot in there; sure i know myself and cant keep track of all those rules all at the same time, so
rule# 1 sure i'll learn my muscles what exercise does what

# 2 concentrate and form

# 3 listen to how my body respond!

P.S. I am not referring to any scammer or any Country in particular. The phenomenon is much closer to the so-called "normal" people and G8 Countries than expected.
