what about for those trying to put on weight? i ve lost a stone in last 6 months,not happy at all took me 2 years to put on in gym and foods but good luck with new thread etc, i kinda interested in this subject, time mag had some very interesting stuff on weight loss few weeks back main point is, its all about diet mainly, gyming etc is the minor part
mine was quite, let some fireworks off with my nephews on saturday and thats about it, was bit sick though, thats two weekends i ve done so litte, so this weekend i ll have to go out n wet my whistle,

sounds good,i tried crossfit and was not for me, to much about fitness not enough about strength,i m trying to put on weight i do weights 3days a week,squash 1 day and tag rugby another,do you enjoy your days off? i look forward to them ,but then find myself bored,
think it all depends, should maybe take it slow,but then if both wana see each other few times a week grand,dont get to the just sit in with a dvd stage too early though
velvet under ground when i was away the local library had a huge music section, found myself listening to lots of different kinds of music i wouldnt normally listen to,went to the local library now i m back in ireland, i think i ve more cds then they do
interesting thread, i was feeling same, i got back home from being away and had no job or dole for 8 weeks,thought same ,who want a date with unemployed guy, but nice to hear the replies here, i have a job now lucky me, but the money far from what i used to get, do ladies like a coffee shop 1st date, i always think you should make some sort of effort,even if its the zoo or something fun,i d b a payer on 1st date,and then i just like treating a lady to things, be it flowers or her fav bar of choclate,the little things can go along way i find, thought that counts and all that
