In Europe you often can buy the upper and lower parts in different sizes...
You also shouldn't focus on clothes sizes... especialy since every country have diffirent sizes...
You are lucky to live in the States; in Europe it is worse...

I lost 22 lbs (10 kg) last year with weight watchers. They teach you to change your way of eating instead of going on a diet which doesn't last. I still have to lose another 20 lbs, but I first have to get motivated again.. Losing weight is a long term thing, if you lose weight too fast, you lose only water and muscles, not fat. Take it slowly and ask advice to people who are experts. Don't use pills!!!

En faite c'est pareil pour moi. Moi je pars le 31 Mai dans l'autre direction... Donc je sais très bien que tu resens...(butterflies in your stomach

) J'ai jamais pensé que je rencontrerais quelqu'un de l'autre coté de l'ocean... Je resterai 11 jours là-bas.. Croises-les doigts pour moi. Je ferai la même chose pour toi.

Bonsoir France. Est-ce que c'est quelqu'un que tu as rencontré sur ce site? (que tu vas rencontrer pour le vrai maintenant..:) )
C'est le grand aventure alors... J'espère qu'il fasse beau car pour le moment c'est un temps pourri ici en France. Apparement il fait beau maintenant en Espagne (25°). Mon oncle est à Menorca pour l'instant. (une île Baléare)

Tout à fait, c'est pas toujours facile avec le décalage horaire...
Je viens de prendre mon petit déj avant d'aller au travail. C'est chouette de parler (au plûtot écrire) en Français sur ce site.
France je te souhaite un bon voyage en Espagne. Où est-ce que tu vas en Espagne? A la côte ou est-ce que tu vas visiter des villes?
Moi je pars aussi bientôt en vacances donc je peux m'imaginer comment tu te sens... Bonne journée!

I will have a long weekend because May 25 is ascension day in Europe, so with an extra vacation day it makes a 4 day weekend!!!!
