Whats da craic rob..its better now but ive stayed of it since i was talking to you, i didnt get that cream you said because the pharmacist said that was just for bruising so i got this massage balm with calendula in it and its working so far. Just staying of it for another week now.

Can just ask you this, if i stayed of it a few days it does go away but the minute i sprint its back. Does that sound like bruising or something torn in you opinion?
I would love to know actually how many weeks it would add up to. Used to be so addictive when you were young. Its not the same any more tho...get bored quiet easily with it now
Why is that what you want to do? I love comedy and going to gigs and watching stand up on telly/dvd..and to be honest i think i can only say one or two female comedians had me in stiches. Most female acts would get the sympathy laughs. Im only on about stand up...not acting out sketches or anything.
Oh yeah your a quailified coach arnt ya...yeah we do are warm up's, stretches and then train then warm down and stretches. Im fit as a fiddle but i have tight quad's on my right leg. I had this injury during pre season and i could barely walk. Now its the same injury but i can walk but it stops me from sprinting. Any ideas on how to fix it? I do the usual massage with baby oil and heat packs and have a bath but im worried i could have torn something instaed of it being tight...cause its been tight the last 2 weeks Doing my head in!
