I am going to Riga, in Latvia, in March. Flying from Luton. I have booked a nice apartment and Riga is a lively place, I am told. I would like some female company for this break, all paid for if anyone is interested, but I do not want to seem like some "dirty old man".....okay, I am no angel, but the company is more important than anything else. How do I make this offer without seeming a dirty old man ?, how do I make a convincing "no strings attached" offer ?

Very similar....a very "girlie" Volkswagon Beetle painted bright pink...looks like a big dollop of blancmange. And it is parked outside my house...I hope the bloody neighbours do not think it is mine !
The obvious question is to ask why you do not want to attract attention. Without a photo you are lucky (or in your case, unlucky) to have received any attention at all.
