RE: Why is it difficult to find a partner?

I feel it is difficult because most people are selfish. Most of us want what we want when we want it. And usually that means that the expense of others. We tend to become overally aggressive and jealous or simple matters. We don't deal with arguments properly and most of us feel we are always right,but usually we are not.

Before we can find partners that we want in our lives for the rest of our lives, we have to sit back and analyze our own lives and determine exactly what it is that drives us and what it is that we are expecting to gain from finding partners.

I also feel that for most, the control factor plays a very big part. Everyone wants to be in control of their own lives. But we allow controlling our own lives to develop in the control of other lives. Maybe if we all think along the lines of being complete before we find partners, then we would not feel like we sometimes do. We will feel more like the person is complimenting us instead of completing us.

Because before we meet the person, we are already whole, so why should be allow people or ourselves to feel like they or we are the best darn thing that has ever happen to each other.
