like i posted before the tilt axis of the earth has shifted from 23.5 degrees to 49.5 degrees that's what is causing the weather to go erratic, plus it's a normal cycle the earth goes through, approximately every 100 years the whole planet goes from one extreme to another. sometimes you'll see a snowstorm earlier in the year or some other unusual climatic event, when you look back in history you will find that the same thing happened before and there's the evidence of cycles that al gore tried to deny had any relevance.

i am a veteran of the navy myself so i'm very familiar with the regulations that the military has in place concerning religious practices. muslims should be allowed in, but be subject to the same regulations as other religions, which basically means no one of any faith may disperse any kind of literature outside of chapel premises, what the major did is punishable under the uniform code of military justice, he could have lost his commission from just dispersing literature outside of the chapel. also, no person can openly display their religious preferences, that is another regulation in the military.
