I find my best mate helps me, Do u see a doctor for it, if ur on any meds maybe they need to be reviewed? up ur dose that helped me a lot before only a small amount, sometimes talking it out can help a lot or writting when u hear or see things outside of ur head they can seem a lot cleaner and smaller then been all fuzzy inside ur brain.
