yes.... thats the law in UK.....and i also think it stinks .......the guilty party in those cases IMO should be published.........then again....they normally ARE....but not by the authoritys

well i think if they toughened up the sentences here it would reduce the crime rate MASSIVELY.....theyr not that brave here....if ya gonna get a 99 year sentence for drug pushin(thailand lol) or stealin a grannys handbag....ya not even gonna GO THERE!....then those council scumbags that perpetuate this kinda crap will stay home wi theyr mummys instead of irritating the rest of the normal world .....save the justice system for the sociopaths and badasses that really need to be contained......weed out the dirt and make a better society for all.........gawd i should actually BE the QUEEN

we usedta do that too!!!! and the big plastic wrappin thingys we spread out in the garden in the summer and put the hose on and soapy bubbles and took running slides down it SOOOOO FUN!!!!
