you could consider getting another operating system installed on your computer.windows is not the only option.try linux mint,it's free,it's beautiful,there is virtually no problem with virusses and spyware and stuff like that.you don't have to run antivirus software that uses half the resources of your computer so it will run much faster and more efficient
