one of those teddys u can put in the microwave to heat, put it on the sore part it works for a lot of pain :) might work with a towell in hot water :) or even soak in a bath of warm water :)

and im not a liar...and if i wasnt interested in the subject itself i wouldnt be thinking about it. my disinterest is in forcing my opinion on others

you no what why dont ye get together, work out what ye want me to say and get back to me. seems i can do nothin else.
