What about hitting a Pedestrian that doesnt bother to wear hi vis clothing or a cyclist who couldnt be arsed to put a proper light on the bike, The Laws need a Serious Change to get people to Wise Up on the Roads, Deaths on Roads are Not all down to the Motorist,
