I tend to look at things from both sides of the coin. As you say there are 10 years between you. It sounds to me that his focus is more on his career and his friends than on establishing a relationship with anyone.

Another thing is that if you ever watched the movie How to lose a guy in 10 days then you know texting and calling non-stop without an answer or reply from the other person will only get no answer.

Be patient and the right person will come your way. Chalk this guy up to a learning experience and find someone that isn't married to his job oh but make sure he does have a job. lol
