Maybe other men are in that same boat and have no other choice than to reach out from a distance. It also could just be that they find someones profile interesting and want to get to know someone even though they probably wont ever meet.
Two people may have a great deal of love in there marriage but do to life being what it is they may grow apart and fall out of love. I would say the connection between love and marriage is ever changing and strongly relies on ones influnces, family, friends, religion, own heart, etc.
