I think I would be far away from eggs , fearing "egging"(as stoning)but I think it is just me, some people would start conversation out of nothing , and I need everything to fall in place and eaven then I wouldn't say that one word . so many times I see that I just need to say anything and that would be ehough for start , but that anything usualy never comes and chance is gone , and so on and on.

I do noticed women in grocery stores, and they look very cool much beter than in night clubs ,
but isn't it little wierd to try to meet someone in grocery store,

You are funny ,I like your hummor,you have this sarcastic funny coments and what else it is nice to see that you are steel here ,I kind of got idea what happened to most of people here ? I hope this is going to help and if you think it make sence go for it I made few souces my self and I steel make them winters are too long in Edmonton, and I am Mediteranian man.
Hey this recipes sound like good one. I think it would be: Bolognese (with ground beef )and I would add half beef and half pork tastes better. And other one would be Milanese becouse they use ham in their souce. And Napolitan is whithout any meat, it is just basicaly like tommato souce.
I would sugest for Bolognese , to browne red onions first alone in just olive and add 1 or 2 bay leafs and pinch of rosemary.
Than add meat and once you browne meat and onions add one table spoon of flower,this would give you some thicknes in souce
and then add garlic bacon and follow the rest of recipes I would add one table spoon of sugar and that would help with acidity of tomatos.
